Product introduction:

1. Application: This series is mainly used on double color overlay printing like round dot, lines on insulating glass, laminated glass. This series of products is featured of making glass side and oil side to different color effects.

Tempering temperature: 650~680℃

Powder lot: Varnish = 1：0.35
If paste is adhered on the screen when printed, we suggest adding a small amount of thinner into the paste to adjust the viscosity and ensure a sustained printing.

Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (CTE)  (75~85)x10-7/K（50-300℃）

4.  Technics:

a. Print

First, print pattern on glass, dry, and print WS series on the oil side of the printed glass by 200mush screen print, dry.

b. Tempering: t Tempering temperature: 650~680℃

c.  Handle: Clean the glass after tempered in glass cleaning machine. When the surface of glass meets water, only keep oil overlay, other WS enamel can be clean. The glass side and oil side are two different color.
